1. Who we are
entegrate creative ("we", "us") is a communications agency based at 22, Nybrogade, DK-1203 Copenhagen K, Denmark. We operate entegrate.com and are the data controller for personal data submitted through this site. Contact: info@entegrate.com.
2. What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. For security and abuse prevention we also store a hashed (one-way) representation of your IP address, your browser user-agent string and a timestamp.
3. Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, to maintain a record of the conversation, and to protect the form against spam and automated abuse. We do not use it for marketing, profiling or automated decision making, and we do not sell it.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (given by ticking the consent box on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing our website.
5. Who processes it
Submissions are stored on infrastructure provided by our hosting and database providers acting as processors on our behalf. Email notifications are delivered through our transactional email provider. All providers are bound by data-processing agreements and act only on our instructions.
6. How long we keep it
We retain contact submissions for as long as is necessary to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards for our internal records, and then delete them on request or in line with our retention schedule.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@entegrate.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
8. Cookies
entegrate.com does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function may be used.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
